Preparing the child for the world,
& the world for
the child
hello!
We are Project I, an organization dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals and individuals with disabilities in India.
Our mission is to empower each student to build confidence in their unique skills, develop relationships with others, and prepare them to become active members of the community.
"I" equals identity.
"I" is the most powerful letter in the English language. It is the purest representation of "self" and ownership of one's uniqueness. We truly believe in the power of each individual's unique identity that deserves to be discovered and celebrated.

Our approach is to help neurodiverse individuals and individuals with disabilities develop a strong sense of independence, interaction, and inclusion.

Independence
Equipping individuals with the necessary skills to take charge of their lives and make informed decisions. We provide training, resources, and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Interaction
Building relationships with others. We believe that social connections are essential for personal growth and development. We help individuals with disabilities connect with their peers, family, and community through various programs and initiatives.
Inclusion
Creating a society where every individual is respected, valued, and included. We work with individuals, families, and communities to raise awareness and advocate for the rights of people with disabilities.
“The world needs all types of minds.”

Our Services
Our philosophy is to help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and prepare them to become active members of the community. Grounded in these beliefs, we currently offer the following programs and services.

ConnectEd: Building Independence & Social Connections
This after-school, group-based program focuses on socio-emotional learning, pre-vocational skills, leisure, and communication. It’s designed to help learners develop essential life skills through age-appropriate experiences. ConnectEd caters to individuals aged 12 and above.

Empower: Building Confidence, Creating Opportunities
This vocational program equips neurodiverse individuals with the skills needed to thrive in both professional and social environments. Through hands-on training, real-world exposure, and personalized development plans, we create pathways to sustainable employment and community readiness. Empower caters to older learners (aged 14 and above) preparing for vocational training.

1:1 Consultations and assessments
We offer individual consultations for families seeking support for neurodivergent individuals. These consultations include informal assessments and interviews with the family to design recommendations for the individual.

Parent Training
Caregiver / Staff Training
Supervision &
Professional Development
Project I’s Parent Training is a 4-session "Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis" (ABA) training program, designed to give parents a solid foundation in ABA principles and practical strategies for supporting their child’s development. Each training package is curated for the parent and child’s unique needs, mapping different ABA techniques to behaviors seen at home and other environments.
These trainings are catered to the support staff that serve as primary caregivers for neurodiverse learners with high support needs. The focus is on crisis management, and a general introduction to strategies used to communicate, teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors while focusing on safety in managing behaviors.
We provide supervision for aspiring behavior analysts pursuing their credentialing under the QBA or BACB. We are also certified providers of continuing education units (CEUs) by the QBA and BACB board. Additionally, we also provide content specific training for organizations, individual professionals and schools.
At Project I, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and services that help individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential. By working together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable society.
Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
At Project I, we’re a group of passionate therapists, educators, and behavior analysts driven by a shared belief: every learner deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. With diverse expertise and creative approaches, we work together to build meaningful, person-centered programs that help neurodiverse individuals grow, connect, and thrive.
